Pour a dose of hydroalcoholic gel in the palm of your hand (3ml). Spread over hands palm to palm. Rub the palm of the right hand on the back of the left hand with interlaced fingers and vice versa. Rub fingertips and around nails. Rub in rotation one thumb then the other. Disinfect the nails by rubbing on the center of the palm. Rub the wrists.
